Class Description
4 WEEK SESSIONS
Kids will help design their own projects in clay, fused glass and recycled art. Each month will involve input from your child with ideas of creating. I will stay in touch through email/text. Before the classes begin each week I will put together the agenda based on their input. I have many ideas and projects we can follow to add within exploration. Every month kids will have oppurtunity to work on the pottery wheel at least twice for a longer period. Pottery wheel demos will focus on a prgressive learning style to build on every month. A focus of independence on the pottery wheel will allow kids to move at their own pace. Instruction based on their knowledge and progress. We will take turns learing and sharing on the pottery wheels. Much of the day will involve clay and the pottery wheel. Fused glass and other art projects help to fill in the end of each day. Talking through our ideas and sharing our builds of the day help to begin and end the time together. Some projects will be fired and delivered back to class 3-4 weeks after finishing. I will send out project ideas each month to help aid in your childs picks. Larger projects can be undertaken such as birdhouses, dragons, fairy houses, etc. during the month.
*Any parents willing to stay please fill out a form on the website page. Your child will attend those classes free of charge. First come, first serve basis. Only one parent needed at each session.

We regret that we cannot grant refunds for event registrations. If we must cancel an event due to low enrollment, you will be given the option to move your registration to another class or receive a full refund. COVID related illness or emergency will be either transferred or refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel events and classes due to low enrollment or extreme weather. Registrants will be notified via email 24 hours prior to class if an event is cancelled.
